We offer an unconditional 100% money back satisfaction guarantee on all sales, with only one exception. 

During hotter months, we put a notice up on our website that says we cannot offer a refund on melted chocolate. In that case, you buy at your own risk. 

If the chocolate doesn't melt, but you are simply unsatisfied, we will still do the refund. 

But we cannot do a refund on melted chocolate.
